The conference room rate is $139 per night for up to four occupants. You may reserve additional nights for your personal stay at the same rate (plus tax) upon availability.
Reservations for Conference Stay
Rooms reserved for the National Staff Conference or for a Mission-specific pre- or post-conference may be charged on your p-card (if you have one) or your personal credit card.
Paying by p-card:
Charges for all conference nights will be immediately applied to your p-card when your reservation is made.
Charges paid by p-card are tax-exempt.
Paying by personal credit card:
Charges for one night will be immediately applied to your card when your reservation is made.
Charges paid by personal card are not tax-exempt.
Reservations for Personal Stay
You may request additional nights, at the same room rate, for your personal stay when you make your room reservation. These nights will be charged to your personal credit card upon check-in. Tax will be added to any reservations made for your personal stay. Do not send Disney credit card information for your personal stay.
Room Cancelation Policy
If you cancel your reservation at least six days prior to your scheduled date of arrival, you will receive a full refund. (For example, if your reservation begins November 12, you may cancel without penalty as late as November 6.) If you cancel less than six days before your arrival (for example, on the 7th), Disney will refund all but one night’s charge per room reserved.

For Attendees with Roommates:
Families of more than four members needing an additional room for their children can charge the conference room nights to their p-card if desired.
Complete the Roommate Request Fax Form
and fax it to Disney Group Reservations at 407-824-1980. (This fax line is a secure method for transmitting credit card information.)

Please allow 72 hours for your reservation confirmation.
Do not email the fax form—fax it. If you don’t have a fax machine available, you can send a fax from most office supply stores, FedEx stores, and UPS locations.
Any roommate modifications (including adding roommates and changing dates) or cancelations must be made via email to WDW.Group.Reservations@DisneyWorld.com. Please note that changes to your roommates’ dates and/or number of roommates in your room will affect your nightly rate.
A primary contact person is needed to submit a request for a room that will have roommates. This primary contact needs the following information for each person sharing the room: full name, address, phone number, email address, and credit card number and expiration date. You will need age of anyone under 18.
If a p-card will be used for any portion of the stay, please indicate which specific nights will be charged, such as "11/12, 11/13, 11/14."
A staff person with a p-card may make room reservations for other staff.
