Bringing Your Kids? That’s Great!
This year’s conference is ideal for families. The location offers numerous activities for children and teenagers. (I know, right?)
Cribs. You may request a portable crib be added to your room if the infant is listed on your hotel registration. Cribs are available on a first come, first served basis.
Cry room. A cry room is available for children up to three years of age, accompanied by a parent or other adult. It is located near the main meeting room and will be equipped with a video feed from the plenary sessions.
Playground. The playground at Coronado Springs Resort includes options for pre-schoolers. Adult supervision is required.
Kiddie Pool. The Lost City of Cibola Pool at the Coronado Springs Resort includes a kiddie pool. Adult supervision is required. Infants and children in diapers are welcome in all of Coronado Springs’ pools, as long as they're wearing a swim diaper. Water wings are allowed at all Disney pools, and every pool has free life vests in a variety of sizes.
Navigator-Sponsored Children’s Program
There are a limited number of spaces available for the children’s program during the plenary sessions for kids 4-12 years of age. It will provide a fun environment that reflects The Navigators core values, offers fellowship with other Navigator staff kids, and an opportunity to grow in their understanding of God's work in our world today.
The program will be staffed by qualified individuals, including previous Eagle Lake Camp staff and other trained volunteers. This is an on-site program near the regular conference rooms. Registration slots are limited.
The cost for the program, which includes two meals, is $200 per child. However, due to the generous support of The Navigators National Leadership Team, we are offering financial assistance of $150 per child for families in need. NavPress and Tyndale have graciously sponsored the remaining cost of $50 per child, which will be refunded to you after the conference. Your children can attend this program for free!
Registration for this program is currently open. You will need to register your child/children at www.regonline.com/nscchildrensprogram. Registration slots are limited.
If you would like to receive the $150 financial assistance, enter discount code KIDdiscount for each child’s registration on the online registration. See details in the registration form.
